Project: renovation + new swimming pool / Sandra Marshall Architect

Sixteen hundred square metres on Sydney harbour in one of the suburbs best streets. The Spanish (Hollywood) revival house has it all, 12 bathrooms, 8 king size bedrooms, separate self contained wing, home cinema, library, new study which was excavated out of rock. The existing swimming pool was demolished and replaced with one twice the size. The existing tennis court was converted into an amazing garden designed by Marcia Hosking. djb group worked with the client to appoint all consultants associated with the renovation and managed the construction process throughout producing an outstanding result delivered within a tight program.
